Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching helps align the internal perspective with the external dynamics of people, teams, and organizations. The process supports leaders as they integrate the cognitive, physical, emotional, values, and beliefs dimensions.
I partner one-on-one with clients, forming an engaged, collaborative relationship committed to their growth as leaders. Working together we define, explore, and pursue the leader’s goals for developing leadership capability, competency, and capacity, helping to enhance performance or increase effectiveness.
We will seek insight into and understanding regarding the dynamics of the organizational culture and system, the context where the client operates and leads. We can also start with an assessment of a leader’s skills and competencies, or we can customize an approach based on your specific needs and challenges.
Individual leadership coaching engagements span 14-28 hours of time over a 6-to-12-month duration. This developmental period helps solidify the reflective work that we conduct as leaders, translating it to a pragmatic, outcome-driven experience.

Korn Ferry 360 Assessment is a global leadership tool designed to provide comprehensive, 360-degree feedback on a leader’s competencies, behaviors, effectiveness, and performance impacts.
Using the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™ competency model, the assessment provides systematic detail into a leader’s capabilities and tangible actions for growth. Certified in Korn Ferry 360, I work with clients to understand those insights, then identify and prioritize key opportunities, defining clear developmental plans.
